Hermannsburg Potters
The Hermannsburg Potters are a dedicated group of Western Arrarnta artists creating vibrant handmade ceramic pots that encompass collective and individually lived histories in their distinct Country.
The Hermannsburg artists continue a 30-year legacy, sculpting and painting their visual histories and contemporary settings, speaking to their cultural beliefs, traditions and values.
Each artist works with a high level of skill in both hand-building pottery and watercolour-style landscape painting. These dynamic skills allow the artworks to evolve into individual depictions of the artist’s love for the local wildlife, memories of Country, community and traditions, as well as elements of contemporary life.

Shipping policy
- Domestic orders: Shipping has been included in the total sale price.
Larger works are posted using a courier and smaller works through Australia Post. Postage includes signature on delivery. - International orders: We will contact you and invoice for additional shipping costs once you have completed the purchase. Please get in touch if you would like an estimate or have any questions.
- Handling time: Due to staff capacity, your order will be posted between October 25th and October 29th. This allows us 7-10 business days to process and pack all orders after the art fair has concluded, while we continue to support artists in the studio and our day-to-day operations. Ceramic artworks take time to pack and post and we thank you for your understanding and patience while we work through our online orders.
- Tracking: will be emailed to you once your order has been posted in late October.
