Ngukurr Art Centre sits a stone’s throw from the banks of the Roper River in Ngukurr Community, South East Arnhem Land. Clans and language groups engaging with Ngukurr Arts include Ngalakgan, Alawa, Mangarrayi, Ngandi, Marra, Warndarrang, Nunggubuyu, Ritharrngu-Wägilak and Rembarrnga. Together these clans are known as Yugul Mangi. There has never been one distinct school or style at Ngukurr Arts, what is typical of the work is experimentation and boldness.

Policies

Shipping policy

Price includes shipping within Australia. All items will be sent via Australia Post. Customers will be supplied a tracking number to track progress of their purchase. Please be aware as we are a remote art centre we only deliver fortnightly to our closest Australia Post store, which is Katherine. This may result in a delay in receiving your tracking number. Feel free to email us on [email protected] for all enquiries regarding your freight.

Refund policy

Ngukurr Art Centre will refund artworks if you are unhappy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase you will need to send the artwork back to the art centre via Australia Post before your refund will be processed. If your artwork is damaged in transit a full refund will be issued immediately and return freight paid for by the art centre.

Return policy

If your artwork arrives damaged upon arrival Ngukurr Arts will pay for the return postage of your work and offer a full refund on the artwork.  For change of mind the customer will need to pay the return freight costs via Australia Post and a refund for the value of the artwork will occur once the items have arrived back at the art centre.
