Tjanpi Desert Weavers
Tjanpi Desert Weavers is a social enterprise of the Ngaanyatjarra Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (NPY) Women’s Council that enables women living in the remote Central and Western desert regions to earn an income from fibre art. Tjanpi represents over 400 Aboriginal women artists from 26 remote communities on the NPY lands.

Shipping policy
Prices are inclusive of domestic shipping. All works are shipped insured, tracked and express through TNT or Australia Post. Please be mindful of our remote location when awaiting your purchase.
International shipping will incur extra costs, separate to the artwork transaction. All import duties and taxes that may be incurred will be paid by the customer. Our team will get in touch after an order has been placed to organise extra payment for international shipping arrangements.
All domestic orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days, where upon you will receive a tracking number for your order. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing and shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Refund policy
Tjanpi Desert Weavers does not issue refunds or returns simply for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or appears different to its advertised image please get in touch and we will assess the situation, processing a refund and organising a return where appropriate. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving.
