Aurukun visual art embodies ancestral narratives that support and maintain spiritual and historical connections to Country. The cultural precinct of Wik & Kugu includes a men’s workshop, a women’s painting studio and a small gallery space. Known for their unique sculptural traditions, Wik & Kugu artists are also exceptional weavers and painters.

Shipping policy

All paintings include national freight charges embedded in the pricing structure (except overseas).

Sculptures do not include freight. This will be negotiated once the sculpture has been paid for.

Refund policy

Tarnanthi Art fair & Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair Foundation takes no responsibility for refunds of purchases made at the 2023 online Tarnanthi Art fair. All refund requests must be directed to the Art Centre/Vendor where the purchase was made.
